The April CoolMom meeting will be held Wednesday, April 7. This month’s meeting will be held at our Executive Director, Terri Glaberson’s house. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for directions.
Our agenda for this meeting has changed a bit: We will not be working on the carbon calculator. The program is still getting some more upgrades and won’t be fully ready until May.
We will be watching the film Food, Inc. followed by a discussion. Terri will provide light snacks/drinks, but we will not be doing a potluck for this meeting after all.
Please remember to bring a pencil or two (with eraser) so that we can build pinwheels for the Coal Free Washington Campaign while we watch! If you’ve already built pinwheels, please bring them with you.
Due to the subject matter of the film, this meeting will unfortunately not be child-friendly.
Stuff to bring
- For the pinwheel art project, please bring a pencil(s) with eraser to help make the pinwheels.
Also, the West Seattle Nursery is having an open house on Saturday, April 10 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and we need volunteers to staff the CoolMom table. If you are available for a shift, please email email@example.com with your availability.
