Join the EOS Alliance for this opportunity to birdwatch. Winter is upon us and the frequency of wildlife sightings is declining. Luckily in the Pacific Northwest we have a large population of resident birds to view and appreciate year-round.
Do you often wonder what that little brown bird meandering in the park is called? Or how is it different than that other little bird over there? If you are interested in learning the answers to these questions or just getting together with other nature enthusiasts to look for our winter birds, then please join local naturalist David “Caveman” Friedman for a leisurely stroll around Seattle’s largest park. Come join us at Discovery Park, Saturday January 16 2010, from 8:00-10:00 A.M. We will be meeting in the South Parking Lot.
Please remember to dress for the weather, bring your binoculars and an bring an open mind. Registration fee is $20 and space is limited, so register online by clicking here.
