Take Back Your Time Day

Take Back Your Time Day
Saturday, October 24, throughout the region all day
This year, as always, Take Back Your Time falls on October 24th, a Saturday. That is also the day that the Climate Change organization, 350 is sponsoring rallies and activities around the world calling for action on global warming. The theme for this year’s Take Back Your Time Day is “Chill Out: for Your Health and for the Climate.” To learn more about how long work hours are detrimental to the environment, go to the Center for Economic and Policy Research’s website on the topic – http://www.cepr.net/index.php/press-releases/press-releases/long-us-work-hours-are-bad-for-the-environment-study-shows/.
